Ingredients

    1lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
    2 small cans Cambpell's 98% fat free Cream of Chicken Soup
    14oz of Fat Free Sour Cream
    1.5 c of mixed frozen veggies
    1 roll Ritz crackers
    1/2 stick of butter
    4C of Cooked brown rice

Directions

Put rice in the bottom of a 9x13in pan. Mix cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and veggies. Pour over rice. Crush ritz crackers, melt butter, and combine. Put buttery crackers over the chicken stuff. Cook, uncovered at 350' for about 25 minutes.
