Introduction
Made partially from a mix, the rest you probably already have in your cabinets.**NOTE: These may also be made into muffins, just preheat the oven to 400'F, line the tins with liners and bake for 16-18 minutes for 12 standard size muffins, or bake for 10-12 minutes for 24-30 mini muffins Made partially from a mix, the rest you probably already have in your cabinets.

Ingredients

1 (17.5 ounce) Box, Krusteaz Fat Free Cranberry Orange Muffin Mix
3/4 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Sun Dried Raisins
2 Tbsp Pecan Halves, Crushed
1/2 of a (15 oz) Can 100% Pure Pumpkin
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1/8 Tsp Nutmeg
1/8 Tsp Cloves
Directions
Preheat oven to 350'F
Spray a 8-1/2 x 4-1/2 x 2-1/2 inch loaf pan with butter spray and flour spray.
In a bowl combine, Muffin mix, water, pumpkin, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, pecans and raisins. Mix until completely combined, pour into prepared pan. *The can of the cranberries that come in the box are omitted and replaced with raisins, but you may add them if you choose, they would be considered 1/4 cranberries in heavy syrup so adjust calories accordingly*
Bake for 40-45 minutes until completely cooked.
Let cool for 10 minutes on a wire rack then transfer out of pan onto plate and let stand till cool.
You can eat with butter, cream cheese or drizzle the loaf with a cream cheese glaze.
