Ingredients

2 cans Albacore Tuna
1 can Cream of Mushroom
1 C Chicken Broth
1 C Light Mayo
1/2 pkg Frozen Broccoli
1 Box Penne Pasta
5 Saltine Crackers, crushed
Directions
Boil noodles, mix with cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth and light mayo. Add cans of tuna. Process Broccoli (if you have kids) in food processor, add to noodles. Bake and add crushed saltines the last five minutes. Cook in 350 oven for 35 - 45 mins (taste for doneness) Recipe for 8 servings.
