Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Green Bell Peppers, 1 cup, chopped
    Ghee, 1 tbs
    Boca Ground Burger, 24 oz
    Tomato Sauce, 1.25 cup
    Brown Sugar, 2 tbs packed
    *Ketchup, Heinz, 2 tbs
    Yellow Mustard, 1 tbs
    White vinegar, 2 tbs

Directions

Brown onion and green pepper in 1 tbs ghee or olive oil.
Add Boca burger and tomato sauce. Stir.
Add rest of ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.

1 serving = 1/2 cup
Makes 12 servings. WW points per serving = 1
