Introduction

These are so awesome. The vanilla gives them a great flavor. You can eat them without syrup easily. I mix up the dry ingredients the night before so they are quick and easy in the morning. Ingredients

    1 Cup Fiber One Original Bran Cereal
    3/4 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Baking Soda
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1 Egg Slightly Beaten
    1 1/4 Cups Skim Milk
    2 TBSP Olive Oil
    1 tsp Vanilla


Directions

Grind up the cereal in the blender. Mix it up with the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In mixing bowl beat 1 egg. Add milk, olive oil and vanilla. Add in the dry mixture. Cook in skillet about 5 minutes on each side.

Makes 5, 1/2 cup pancakes
