200g Pasta (rotini is ideal)
1 x Red Pepper
1 x Yellow Pepper
7 x Radishes
3 x Green Onions
1/2 Cup Low Fat Yogurt
1/2 Cup Extra Light Mayonnaise
1 Tsp Balsamic Vinegar
5 slices of Ham
Directions
Cook pasta slightly less than package instructions and rinse with cold water until cooled.
Chop vegetables and mix with yogurt, mayonnaise, ham and vinegar.
Add pasta and mix.
Refrigerate overnight.
