Ingredients

1 Flour Tortilla - 6 inch shell
2 tbsp. Unico Pizza Sauce
1 oz. Skim Mozzarella Cheese, grated
.5 tbsp Olive oil
2 tbsp raw Onion, chopped
2 tbsp raw Green pepper, chopped
.5 cup extra lean ham, diced (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Saute onion and green pepper in olive oil, until onions are slightly browned, or translucent. Place tortilla shell on baking pan, or pizza pan.
Spread pizza sauce over tortilla shell.
Cover with Mozzarella cheese, add sauteed vegetables, and ham (if desired).
Place in oven, and bake until mozzarella cheese is bubbling and edges of shell are brown.
Cut into wedges and serve. Serves 1.
This recipe is easily converted for more than one serving.
