Introduction

Super simple! Soup can be substituted for an even lower cal/lower fat version.

Cook it while you are at work, and come home to a yummy meal!

Ingredients

    3lb london broil
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup (10 3/4 oz)
    1 envelope french onion soup mix
    2 cans mushrooms (4 oz each)
    Salt to taste

Directions

Cut london broil into big cubes, place in crockpot.

Add the rest of the ingredients. Put lid on crockpot and cook on low for 8-10 hours.

Can be served over rice, or however you prefer.
