This sloppy joe recipe is one that my family enjoys the most. I usually make it in big batches so that I can freeze it for quick meals later or to send some home with the kids. Ingredients

Ground Turkey, 3 lbs.
Pepper, red or cayenne, 2 tsp
Vinegar, 1/4 cup
Celery, raw, 1/2 diced
Onions, raw, 1/2 cup, chopped
Brown Sugar, 3 tsp packed
Ketchup, Heinz, 6 tbsp
Campbell's Tomato Soup, 2 cans
Directions
Brown the Turkey, onions and celery in water. Drain. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for at least an hour to combine the flavors.
One large spoonful is a portion size, I have no exact measurements as of yet. You can freeze whatever you do not use for future use.
