Introduction

This is something I throw in the slow cooker and provides me with meals for the rest of the week. I just put it into containers and freeze them. Packed with protein and fibre (albeit high in sodium), it's yummy and super easy to make! This is something I throw in the slow cooker and provides me with meals for the rest of the week.
