Ingredients

Whole wheat Couscous, 2 cups dry, prepared w/ 2 cups Chicken broth in place of water. Follow package instructions.
Olive oil
1 package Jenni O ground turkey
1/2 a large yellow onion, sliced thin or chopped small
1 package Normandy blend, steamed and drained
1/2 bottle Lawry's Steak and chop Marinaide
Spices to taste
Directions
Slice onion. Heat Olive oil in a large skillet over medium low heat, add onion and start to saute.
Meanwhile, start to boil Chicken broth for Couscous. When it comes to a boil, add dry couscous and lid pot.
Start veggies steaming in a pot with a small amount of water and lid the pot.
When onion has softened and just started to color, add turkey and bump up heat to medium high. Brown turkey about halfway, then add steak and chop marinaide. continue cooking until most of the liquid is absorbed.
When veggies are done, add to turkey mixture. You could also process in food processor to 'hide' them in the recipie. Cook the meat and veggie mixture until almost all the liquid is absorbed. Fluff couscous and then add to meat and veggies, mixing well to combine. Serve immedatley.
