Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

2 lb Boneless Chuck Roast approx
1 can LF Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 c Skim Milk
1 pkg Dry Onion Soup mix

Directions

Put all ingrediants in roasting pan, covered and slow cook about 325 for 5 hours, the longer and slower it cooks the tenderer it is. Can also be put in Crock Pot for the day, on low. Its a great way to get the kids to eat onions and mushrooms! Chuck steak can be fat laddened but the slow cooking liquifies the fat stores and you can skim it off the top of the delicious gravy that is made during the cooking time.

This was surprisingly good. I say "surprisingly," because it was not pretty, but it tasted great! We forgot to buy the soup mix, so we used leftover French fried onions from Christmas and crumbled them really fine. Will definitely make again! - 2/23/11
