Ingredients

1- 16 oz. pkg. frozen cauliflower, thawed
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lb. gr. beef
15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 t. sugar
3/4 t. salt
1/4 t. minced garlic
1/4 t. black pepper
1 c. cottage cheese
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Run thawed cauliflower through food processor until diced.
In lg. skillet, cook gr. beef and onion until browned. Stir in tomato sauce, sugar, salt, garlic, and pepper. Remove from heat.
In lg. bowl, combine cream cheese, cottage cheese and sour cream until smooth and creamy.
Spread half the cauliflower in the bottom of oblong casserole dish. Top with half of meat mixture. Cover with entire cheese mixture. Add remaining cauliflower and then remaining meat mixture. Sprinkle parmesan cheese evenly on top.
At this point, you may store in refrigerator to bake at a later time, or bake at 350 F for 30 min.
Let stand 10 min. before serving.
