Turkey Legs ( 2 cups)
Onion (2 cups)
Turnip (2 Cups)
Carrot (2 Cups)
Potato (2 Cups)
Rice (1/2 Cup)
Canned Tomatoes diced (with or without seasonings)
Black Pepper (2 tbsp)
Parsely (2 tbsp)
Basil (2 tbsp)
Directions
Add everything into a big soup pot keep adding boiling water as needed. Turkey, onion, salt first. Boil until meat is almost done. Add Turnip boil until you can almost put a fork through it. Add carrot boil until you can almost put a fork through it. Add potato, rice, can tomatoes and spices. Boil until potatoes are done. Makes 12 - 1 cup servings.
