Ingredients

    1 cup of peeled, cubed cucumber
    2 yellow or orange peppers, de-seeded, chopped small
    200 grams Normandy Fromage Frais
    1 tbsp Safflower oil


    Place chopped vegetables in a blender, with the safflower oil and fromage frais, and blend until smoothe.
