Ingredients

    Chicken Breast - 11 oz diced and sauted
    White Rice - 4 cups cooked
    Soy Sauce - 1/2 cup
    Minced Garlic - 4 tsps
    1/2 Medium Onion - diced
    Extra Virgin Olive oil 4 tsps

Directions

Cook the rice according to the instructions - set aside
Saute the chicken breast in 1 Tbsp of X-virgin olive oil
saute diced onions and minced garlic until onions are soft
add the rice, soy sauce and chicken to the onion/garlic mix and heat completely.
