Introduction

This is a lighter version of a recipe I found here at sparkpeople. This is a lighter version of a recipe I found here at sparkpeople.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    24 oz. cooked salmon
    1 onion chopped
    1 green pepper, or red chopped
    5 large eggs
    1/2 cup fat free miracle whip
    3/4 plain yogurt
    .5 tsp ground thyme
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 cups of bread crumbs divided in half.

Directions

same as regular salmon cake casserole recipe. I reduced the amount of bread crumbs to 2 cups. I.5 cups in mix, and .25 cups on bottom of dish and .25 cups sprinkled on top of casserole.
