Ingredients

    2 cans chickpeas - rinsed/drained
    1 can lentils - drained/rinsed
    1/2 onion
    1 cup bell peppers (any colour)
    minced garlic (1 clove or to taste)
    dill, basil, pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1/2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
    2 tsp lemon juice
    1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled

Directions

drain and rinse chickpeas and lentils. Chopped veggies into small pieces. Combine everything in large bowl.
Best if left overnight in fridge.
