Ingredients

8 oz (half pkg) phyllo dough
3 cups spinach, fresh
12 eggs
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 oz mozzarella shredded cheese
2 cup cottage cheese
1 oz grated parmesan cheese
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Directions
1. heat oven to 350 degrees. get a 13x9 baking dish. thaw out phyllo dough and roll it out. cover with a damp cloth so it doesnt dry out.
2. in large bowl mix all cheeses, eggs and spinach until well blended.
3. spread cheese mix first on bottom of dish. then take 2-3 sheets of phyllo dough and layer over, repeat this process until all cheese mix is gone. try to divide it evenly with every layer and end with cheese mix on top.
4. bake for about 45 min until it looks browned on top and it looks like it has risen up or puffy on top.
5. cool for 10-15 min then cut into 12 squares pieces.
