Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Pork Tenderloin, 24 oz (remove)
    Jams and preserves, sugar-free, .25 cup (remove)
    White Wine, 3 fl oz (remove)
    *Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 8 tsp (remove)
    Garlic, 3 clove (remove)
    *Soy Sauce, 1 tsp (remove)
    Orange Peel, 1 tsp (remove)
    Rosemary, .5 tsp (remove)


Directions

Place tenderloin in resealable plastic bag set in a shallow dish. In a bowl whisk together preserves, wine, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, mustard, garlic, soyu sauce 1 t. orange peel and rosemary. Marinate, refrigerated 2-5 hours turning occasionally.

Preheat oven to 425. Drain pork, reserving marinade. Place meat on rack in shallow roasting pan. Roast 35-40 Minutes or until slightly pink in center (155).

Meanwhile for sauce, in small saucepan bring reserved marinade to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered 5 minutes. Slice pork; serve with ssauce. Top with orange peel
