Ingredients

8 oz cavatappi or any pasta you like
4 slices center cut bacon, chopped
2 tsp oilive oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 tsp minced garlic
1 med. zucchini, quartered length-wise & cut into 1/4 in. slices
1 cup fresh or frozen corn
1/2 cup (2oz) shaved parmesean cheese
1/4 cup of fresh basil leaves
1/2 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of pepper
1.Cook pasta according to package's directions, drain
2.While pasta cooks, cook bacon in lg pan until crisp. Remove bacon with slotted spoon, reserve drippings in pan, add oil to drippings. Add onion and garlic to pan, saute 2 min., Add zuccuhini, cook 3 min. Stir corn and tomatoes, cook 5 min. Add pasta to mixture and toss. Remove from heat. Add 1/4 cup of cheese, basil,salt, and peper. Toss to combine. 4 servings - 2 cups each
