Introduction

Ingredients

Cool Whipp Free-about the entire container, make sure cool whipp is not frozen
Yogurt( vanilla) just one 6 oz is enough
Tangerines in a can ( entire can)
Crushed pineapple( entire can)
Jello-Vanilla instant pudding 2 boxes or 16 grams
Directions
First make instant pudding on the stove top
once finshed and colled for baout 5 mins dump into large serving bowl
Next add yogurt and wipp cream ( agin whipp cream can not me frozen)
Next drain juice from fruits...and add the pineapple first, last add the oranges.
Stir togther witha smooth spoon. Put in refrigerated fro about an hour and half to cool down.
( Can use any other fruit other than pineaplle or oranges)
You can use all sugar free products to make this desert really lean.
