Ingredients

    Baby Spinach
    Grilled Chicken Breast
    Cucumber
    Tomato
    Black Beans, can
    Hearts of Palm, can
    Grilled Bell Pepper
    Light Italian Dressing
    Cajun Spices

Directions

Cover chicken breast in spices, as desired
Grill chicken breast for about 8 minutes per side
Grill bell pepper halves skin down with grill cover closed for 15-20 minutes or until charred
Chop up all ingredients into bite-sized pieces
Mix all ingredients
