very fast and very tasty, I crave it if I dont have it every day can be added with every lunch and dinner and you wont get sick of it
you can also add grilled chicken to make it a meal on its own and the suace tastes nice on top of rice

Ingredients

    Lettuce
    Tomato
    Cuccumber
    green pepper
    lemon juice
    feta cheese and Clamata olives are optional but will taste nice ( make sure you add it extra to your calories as its not included in this recipe)
    herbs fresh or dry
    any or all of (basil, mint, sage, rosemary, thyme, oregano)
    salt to taste
    vinegar is optional .5 tbsp
    Minced garlic optional
    green onions optional
    Onion 1/2 optional

Directions

Chop the vegetables any size you would like and put in a bowl
add the rest fo the ingredients
mix, serve and enjoy
