Introduction

This is a simple marinade to dress up boring chicken. I have used it with flat iron steaks before, and this made them taste great as well. This is a simple marinade to dress up boring chicken. I have used it with flat iron steaks before, and this made them taste great as well.

Ingredients

    2 Tbsp yellow mustard
    1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
    1/4 Cup + 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
    1/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
    3/4 Cup Vegetable Oil

    3 Tbsp of lemon juice can be added if you desire.
    Pepper, garlic can be added to taste.
    *Extra salt is not necessary.

Directions

This marinade requires no cooking.

This recipe makes 2 cups of liquid, and can easily marinade 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. *Remember, this is the calorie content of ONLY the marinade, and not the marinade & chicken together*
