I made this for my book club because it was what I had in the house. All measurements are approximate because I just cook to taste instead of exact measuring. Ingredients



    * *Onion - Raw, chopped, 1.5 cup (remove)
    * *Fresh Tomato - Chopped (180g), 4 cup (remove)
    * *tomato chopped or sliced, raw, 4 cup (remove)
    * Cilantro, raw, 8 tbsp (remove)
    * *BJ's Minced Garlic, 4 tsp (remove)
    * Lime Juice, .5 cup (remove)
    * *Lemon Juice, .25 cup (remove)

    Optional Ingredients not included in nutritional info:
    ** Chopped cucumber
    **Chili peppers
    ** Green Peppers

Directions

chop and mix all ingredients and refrigerate for 12 - 24 hrs before serving so all flavors can mix together.
