Ingredients

1/3 cup Quaker Quick Oats (dry)
.45 cup all purpose white flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 packets Truvia natural sweetener
2 teaspoons packed brown sugar
pinch of salt (very small amount, about 1/8 teaspoon)
3 fl oz 1% or nonfat milk
1/1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/5 cup Better 'n' Eggs egg substitute (roundy's egg substitute works as well)
.15 cup Dannon All Natural Plain Lowfat Yogurt
72 grams (1/2 serving) Roundys Berry Medley (or other frozen berry blend)

Move Over Butter (a whipped butter and vegetable oil spread) much lower fat and calories than butter and very creamy
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
1. Mix all dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda, Truvia, brown sugar, oats, and salt) together in one bowl.
2. Mix all wet ingredients (egg substitute, yogurt, milk, vanilla extract) together in another bowl.
3. Combine the dry and wet mixtures together with the berries, if the batter is too thick, add a pinch of water (not too much!) to the mix.
4. Spoon mixture evenly into 6 muffin cups.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-23 minutes or until done (check with toothpick)
