Ingredients

Canned pumpkin puree, 15 oz.
Egg substitute, 1 cup
Canola oil, 2 tbsp
Applesauce, unsweetened, 3/4 cup
Granulated Sugar, 2 cup
Flour, white, 3 1/2 cup
Water, 5 oz.
Baking Soda, 2 tsp
Table Salt, 1/4 tsp
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
Cloves, ground,1/2 tsp
Ginger, ground, 1 tsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray 3 7x3 inch loaf pans, preferably the disposable foil type.
Mix dry ingredients together - flour, sugar, spices, salt, and baking soda.
In separate bowl, mix pumpkin puree, egg substitute, oil, applesauce, and water.
Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just blended.
Pour into the three loaf pans and bake in preheated oven for 65 minutes.
Loaves are complete when toothpick can be inserted and removed without any trace of the dough left on it.
