Ingredients

    1 t. Salad Supreme spice
    1/2 c diced carrot
    1/2 c chopped cauliflower
    1/2 c chopped broccoli
    1/4 c olives, sliced
    1/4 c lite mayonnaise
    1 t. dill weed
    12 spinach leaves or lettuce
    1 (1oz) slice cheddar cheese
    3 oz deli sliced ham, turkey or roast beef, optional (nutritionals were calculated with 3 slices turkey)

Directions

Chop all veggies or pulse in a food processor.
Whisk mayonnaise and seasonings and pour over veggies; mix well.
Line each pita or wrap with spinach leaves and turkey slices. Fill with veggie mixture.
