    8 plum tomatoes
    1 red onion
    1 green bell pepper
    1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
    2 tbsp lime juice
    1 tbsp chili powder
    1 tbsp salt
    1 tbsp cumin

Directions

Blend/puree all ingredients together. serve with chips or veggies. Delicious. Makes 16 1/2-cup servings.
