Ingredients

12 oz Mori-Nu Chinese Spice silken firm-Seasoned Tofu
3 stems of broccoli cut into florets
1/4 cup celery
1 Tbsp chopped bell pepper
2 Tbsp chopped onion
1 Tbsp canola oil
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
1 Tbsp lite soy sauce
Directions
1. Drain the tofu and wrap in paper towels and set a heavy plate on top for about 30 minutes while you're chopping everything.
2.Cut tofu into about 1/2 inch cubes and brown in the canola oil.
3.Toss the veggies into the tofu, add the soy and sesame and steam until the broccoli is bright green.
This was delicious served with the oriental rice recipe from SparkRecipes.
Makes about 5 1-cup servings
