Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups 2% milk
    2 TBS sugar
    2 TBS unsweetened cocoa
    dash salt
    1 tsp vanilla

Directions

In small saucepan or large mug, heat milk until steaming. Add all but vanilla and whisk together. Heat another minute or until desired temperature. Add vanilla and serve. Makes 2 servings.

    Made this but substituted Over the Moon 1% milk. Great hot chocolate! - 10/21/09
