Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb. lean ground beef - browned and seasoned to taste
    One TBS olive oil
    One can cream of potato soup - leave condensed
    One can of yellow sweet corn
    Half can of yellow creamed corn
    30 Frozen tater tots
    2 Kraft cheddar singles

Directions

Pre-Heat oven to 350. Brown beef in TBS of olive oil. Season to taste and drain off fat. In a casserole dish mix can of soup - left condensed, yellow corn - drained and creamed corn. Add beef and continue to mix. Spread tater tots over top. Place in oven for 50 minutes. Remove and tear cheese slices into pieces and spread over top. Return to oven until cheese melted and bubbly. Take out of oven and let sit for 5-10 minutes. Makes 8 one cup servings.
