-
Strawberries, fresh, 2 cup, halves (remove)
Kiwi Fruit, 1 cup (remove)
Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)
OPTIONAL - 2 tbsp sugar or sugar substitute
Directions
makes two 10 oz servings
Hull and quarter fresh strawberries/ or use frozen for a thicker consistency
Peel kiwi fruit, I used three small ones, slice
Remove banana peel and slice into small pieces.
Layer fruit in blender until all fruit is used.
Blend at low speed for two minutes on puree setting.
Stir to redistribute.
Blend on liquify for 2 minutes or until reaches desired consistency.
Pour into two chilled glasses and share with your best friend or family member.
I froze the second serving to be used later in the week
You can add sugar to have a sweeter taste. I was happy with the sweetness of the blended fruit. My family prefer it 2 tablespoons of sugar added
