Introduction

I'd been eating some not so healthy foods lately and was craving something more nutritious. So I promised the kids we'd whip up a smoothie the next morning this delicious treat came out. My husband complimented it! I added a teaspoon of fiber sure to mine afterwards and ate it with some Morning Star sausage links (not in the nutritional info). Good breakfast! Ingredients

    -2 C skim (fat free) milk ..calories will vary upon brands
    -2 C Dannon Lowfat Vanilla yogurt
    -2 C frozen unsweetened blueberries
    -1 C frozen unsweetened strawberries
    -1 Fit & Active Fudge Bar (Aldi brand) broken up

Directions

--Put ingredients in blender in order listed, put top on and puree until smooth. Measure out desired amount.

--Makes 4 servings of 12 oz. each.
