Ingredients

    4 chicken breasts halves aprox 1.5 lbs
    1 can low fat cream of chicken soup
    1 can of water
    1 box dry stove top stuffing
    2/3 cup Kraft Tex-Mex light cheese

Directions

spray casserole dish with PAM. Lay chicken in the bottom. Top with DRY stuffing mix. Mix water and soup together and pour over stuffing. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350 for about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours until centre reaches 170F
