Ingredients

    8 ounces uncooked Ronzoni Smart taste thin spaghetti
    1 tablespoon grated peeled fresh ginger (or jar)
    2 teaspoons five-spice powder
    1 (3/4-pound or 12 oz) pork tenderloin, trimmed and cut into thin strips
    1 tablespoons toasted peanut oil
    1/4 cup water
    1/4 cup hoisin sauce

Directions

Cook noodles according to package directions, break in half. Place in a large bowl.

Combine ginger, five-spice powder, and pork in a medium bowl; tossing to coat.

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork mixture; sauté 2 minutes or until browned. Stir in water and hoisin sauce; cook 2 minutes or until pork is done. Add pork mixture to noodles; toss well to combine.

Makes 6 1-1/3 cup servings.

About 400 cal for a 2 cup serving

I add in sauteed sliced red and green peppers, onions, and slivered carrots. Add broccoli to make this a filling, delicious meal.
