Ingredients

    1 extra large egg
    3/4 c skim milk
    1 T brown sugar
    1 c whole wheat flour
    3 t baking powder
    1 T canola oil
    1/4 t salt
    2 bananas mushed up ( I use frozen)
    1 c chopped apples
    14 pecan halves-chopped

Directions

mix all ingredients well. be sure not to overmix after the flour addition. Drop on hot sprayed griddle to make 4" pancakes. Makes 8 pancakes. Two cakes = 1 serving.
