Introduction

These tuna patties are really quick and easy to make. They are great for a meal towards the end of the week when you have fewer ingredients on hand! These tuna patties are really quick and easy to make. They are great for a meal towards the end of the week when you have fewer ingredients on hand!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 can of solid white tunafish
    2 tbl. Hellman's light mayo
    2 tbl. minced garlic
    1 small stalk of celery
    1/8 cup of bread crumbs
    a few shakes of salt, pepper, and oregano


Directions

1. Chop the celery into very small pieces.
2. Open and drain the tunafish.
3. Mix all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
4. Using half the mixture at a time, form patties with your hands and then place on a griddle, lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
5. Cook over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes, turning once.

Makes 2 patties.
