Ingredients

    **Flax Seed, 4 tbsp
    *Flour, white, .75 cup
    *Hodgeson Mill Whole Wheat Graham Flour, 0.75 cup
    Granulated Sugar, .5 cup
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    Baking Soda, .5 tsp
    Milk, 3.25%, .5 cup
    *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 3 tbsp
    Granny smith apple 1.5 cup, finely chopped
    Large egg - 1

Directions

Mix dry ingredients. Set aside. Mix milk, egg and oil. Add to dry ingredients. Fold apples into batter. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full and bake at 400 degrees 18-20 minutes.
