Introduction

Ingredients

3 lbs ground turkey
3 cloves crushed garlic
1 egg
1 minced onion
1/2 cup A-1 Steak sauce
1 can seasoned diced tomatoes, drained
1/2 box couscous
1 cup water
Italian seasoning to taste
salt and pepper
frozen corn or other veggie
Directions
Boil 1 cup of water. Add the couscous, cover and remove from heat. Let it rest for 5 minutes and fluff with a fork.
In a large bowl, beat the egg. Add ground turkey, garlic, onion, couscous, A-1 tomatoes and seasonings. Mix well.
Take a small amount of turkey mixture and make a bird's nest shape in your hand. Put some corn kernels or other veggie (or cheese if you are being decadent) in the well and cover with a little bit more of the turkey mixture. Plop it into a muffin cup. Repeat.
Cook at 350 for 40 minutes.
Makes 24 muffin size balls.
