Ingredients

Crust:
4 full squares Low fat graham crackers (16 small rectangles)
1.5 tbsp butter
2 splenda packets (optional)
Filling:
3/4 C. + 2 TBSP splenda granular
3 TBSP sifted cornstarch
1 PKG fat free cream cheese
2 PKGS Neufchatel, or light cream cheese
1 PKG Regular cream cheese
1/2 C. Fat free half and half
1 TSP Vanilla Extract
1 extra large egg
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350. Melt the butter and crush the graham cracker squares. mix together and press into a 9 in. round sprayed cake pan or preferably a spring form pan. Bake for 5 minutes and let cool
2.Meanwhile, In a large bowl combine the sugar and the cornstarch. Beat in the cream cheese. Beat in
the egg. Slowly drizzle in the heavy cream, beating constantly. Add the vanilla and stir well.
3. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Bake until the top is golden, approximatly 40 minutes. (because it's lower fat i would watch and check it starting at 35 minutes)
Cool in the pan on a wire rack for 3 hours.
