I searched all over the twin cities at grocery stores, whole foods, and nutrition stores and could not find Hemp seed flour. I used whole wheat flour instead. The muffins were dry and did not have much flavor. - 1/13/09

These sound good. How much wheat flour, hemp seed flour and wheat bran are you supposed to use? - 3/23/08
