Ingredients

    10 oz raw carrots, julianned or shredded
    2 medium apples, peeled, cored & chopped
    .5 Cup low fat plain yogurt
    .25 Cup honey
    .25 Cup sulatnas (golden raisins)
    .25 Cup dried cranberries
    juice of 1 lemon

Directions

Mix ingredients together and chill for at least 20 minutes before serving
