Ingredients

1 lb. cooked and peeled shrimp
1 lb. Stir Fry Vegetables (we used a frozen pre-mixed bag)
4 tbsp. Stir Fry Sauce
2 - 7oz packs of udon noodles
2 cups of bean sprouts
Directions
Makes four large dinner servings or 8 small lunch servings. (Nutritional info is based on four dinner servings.)
Using a large pan or wok, add in cooking spray or VERY thin coating of canola oil (or vegetable oil). Add in vegetables, allow to thaw. Toss in bean sprouts, noodles and shrimp about 2 minutes in. Once heated through (since all items are already cooked or can be eaten raw), add in the stir fry sauce. Toss in pan until coated. Serve nice and hot!
