Ingredients

Ground Beef 93% Lean, 16 oz
Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
Yellow Bell Pepper, 1/4 cup
Bell Pepper, Orange, 1/4 cup
Mushrooms pieces or slices, 1/8 cup,
Cumin, ground - 3 tsp
Basil, 1 tbsp
Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp
Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added, 1 cup
Pace Chunky Salsa - Mild, 1/4 cup
Spaghetti, Thin Uncooked, 2 cups
Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded, 2 cup
Directions
Boil spaghetti according to packaged instructions
Combine Hamburger, onions, mushrooms and peppers in a large skillet.
Pre-Heat oven to 350
Cook Hamburger mix until it is brown
Add Cumin, Basil, Oregano, Tomato Sauce and Salsa to hamburger and mix
Drain and add cooked spaghetti to Hamburger mix and stir thoroughly.
Place the contents of the skillet into a 9x9x2 baking dish and place into the oven uncovered for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese on top of the dish and place back into the oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly
1 Serving = 1 Cup
