Ingredients



    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast, bone and skin removed
    * Carrots, raw, 2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)
    * Celery, raw, 3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
    * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    * Water, tap, 8 cup (8 fl oz)
    * Superior Touch Better Than Bouillon - Vegetable Base, 3 tsp
    * Wild Rice, 2 cup

Directions

Cut chicken breast into small, bite size pieces. You can use pre-cooked or not.
Place chicken, carrots, celery and onion in stock pot with water and boil until chicken is fully cooked, about 15 minutes. Add rice and bouillon paste and simmer until rice is tender, approximately 30 minutes. You will need NO MORE seasonings for flavor as the Better Than Bouillon is FULL of flavor! I mean, FULL!!!
Variation: Omit rice and add noodles or potatoes. Will alter nutritional value.
Serves appx. 10!
