Ingredients

    1/3 c. all purpose flour
    1/4 t. garlic powder
    1/4 t. paprika
    1/4 t. pepper
    6 (4 oz) boneless skinless chicken breasts
    2 egg whites, lightly beaten
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 (26 oz) jar low fat spaghetti sauce
    3 oz. shredded part skim mozzarella cheese

Directions

Combine the first four ingredients in a shallow dish. Dredge each piece of chicken in the flour mixture. Dip each piece of chicken in egg whites; dredge in bread crumbs.

Arrange chicken in a 13x9 baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until done.

Pour spaghetti sauce over chicken, sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
