Ingredients

    1 pound dried white beans
    I onion, sliced
    4 whole cloves garlic
    2 sprigs rosemary, needles stripped and finely chopped
    4 sprigs thyme, leaves stripped and finely chopped
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Soak beans overnight.

Rinse and drain.

Dump beans garlic and onion in slow cooker. Cover with 1.5X level of water.

Cook on high until beans are mushy. Usually just for the workday

Blend with immersion blender. Add fresh herbs and season to taste.
