Ingredients

Olive Oil (1 tbsp)
Garlic (chopped, 2-3 small cloves)
Red Onion (chopped, 1/2-1/3 of a medium one)
Carrot (chopped, about 1/3 of a big one)
Red Pepper (half of one chopped, ~ 1/2 of a cup)
Tomato Sauce (.5 cup)
Balsalmic Vinegar (2tsp)
Cream Cheese (1 tbsp/1oz)
Brown sugar (2 tsp-1tbs)
Directions
Heat a big pan on medium high for a couple of minutes.
Add Olive oil. Wait another few minutes.
Add chopped garlic and onions. Simmer until browned (add a little water if the pan gets too dry)
Add the copped carrots and stir fry for another few minutes.
Add the red peppers. Stir fry for another few minutes.
Add the vinegar as you stir-fry.
Add tomato sauce and wait until it bubbles a little.
Stir in cream cheese until the sauce is consistent, then lower the heat to medium or medium-low.
Stir in sugar.
